韩国大规模调整食品中农药最大残留限量标准对我国农产品出口影响及预警

Impacts and Risk Alert of Large-scale Adjustment of the Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticide in Republic of Korea on Exportation of Chinese Agriculture Product

韩国于2021年1~10月世界贸易组织发出7份通报,拟对现行的多种农药的最大残留限量标准进行大规模调整。本文通过对这些通报中所涉及到的农药和农产品进行分析研究,筛选出对韩出口企业需重点关注的农药及农产品种类,提出了加强农产品种植过程中农药规范使用、强化农产品中残留量监测等建议,避免在贸易中受到损失。

Korea has issued 7 notifications to WTO from January to October of 2021,proposing large-scale adjustment to the current maximum residue levels(MRLs)for a variety of pesticides.This paper analyzes and studies the pesticides and agricultural products involved in these notifications,screens out the pesticides and agricultural products,which the exporters to Korea need to focus on,and makes suggestions to strengthen the standardized use of pesticides in the cultivation process of agricultural products and strengthen the monitoring of residue levels in agricultural products to avoid losses in trade.
