摘要
本文介绍了使用C 18色谱柱,甲醇/水=50/50(V/V)为流动相,二极管阵列检测器,波长260nm,对氟啶虫酰胺和啶虫脒进行同时测定。分析结果表明:氟啶虫酰胺的线性相关系数为0.9995,变异系数为0.26%,平均回收率为100.57%;啶虫脒的线性相关系数为0.9995,变异系数为0.31%,平均回收率为99.87%。
This paper describes a method for the simultaneous determination of Fludinamide and Acetamiprid using C 18 column,Methanol/H_(2)O=50/50(V/V)as mobile phase,PDA,wavelength 260nm.The analysis results show that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9995,the CV of 0.26%and the average recovery of 100.57%had been obtained for flonicamid;and that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9995,the CV of 0.31%and the average recovery of 99.87%had been obtained for acetamiprid.
