摘要
简要介绍了汞对环境的影响及Hg-Catcher除汞技术的开发背景,阐述了含汞废水、含汞废酸除汞系统的工艺流程。除汞系统包括前处理系统、预处理系统和深度处理系统。前处理系统采用硫化钠沉淀法,预处理系统和深度处理系统通过多介质过滤和超滤装置去除水中残留的悬浮物、胶体等杂质,然后通过串联运行的Hg-Catcher汞吸附柱吸附,保证出水中汞的质量浓度小于0.003mg/L。
The impact of mercury on the environment and the development background of Hg catcher mercury removal technology were briefly introduced.The process flow of mercury removal system for mercury-containing wastewater and mcrcury-containing waste acid was expounded.Mercury removal system includes preliminary treatment system,pretreatment system and advanced treatment system.The preliminary treatment system adopts sodium sulfide precipitation method.The pretreatment system and advanced treatment system remove the residual suspended solids,colloids and other impurities in the water through multi-media filtration and ultrafiltration device,and then further remove mercury through the Hg-catcher mercury adsorption column running in series,so as to ensure that the mass concentration of mercury in the efTluent was less than 0.003 mg/L.
