摘要 以某核电机组汽轮机连通管为例,利用动态分析手段,考虑管道动态条件下的响应,对管道进行模态分析计算。发现一阶固有频率为2.43Hz的管道在正常工作时会发生共振,通过分析,发现引发管道振动的原因是两相流的流动波动。在连通管设计阶段,可以引入动态分析手段判断振动是否发生,并准确地防止管道振动。 The steam turbine connecting pipe of a nuclear power unit is taken as an example,and the response of the pipe under dynamic conditions is considered by means of dynamic analysis.It is found that the pipeline with the first-order natural frequency of 2.43Hz will resonate during normal operation.Through analysis,it is found that the cause of pipeline vibration is the flow fluctuation of two-phase flow.In the design stage of connecting pipe,dynamic analysis method can be introduced to judge whether vibration occurs and accurately prevent pipeline vibration.
