摘要
本文建立了X射线荧光光谱测定银铜合金中的银,选择不同的标准校准曲线:直接校正法和二元比例法,比较了两种实验结果。实验表明二元比例法优于直接校正法,方法稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.31%,检测结果与原子吸收光谱法(AAS)一致。
In this paper,the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is established for the determination of silver in silvercopper alloy.Different calibration curves are selected:direct correction method and binary ratio method.The results of two experiments are compared.The results show that the binary ratio method is better than direct correction method,which has good stability,strong anti-interference energy and relative standard deviation(RSD)less than 0.31%,The results of the test are consistent with AAS..
