摘要
介绍了一种可用于闪蒸工况的新型调节阀,该调节阀采用轴流式套筒阀芯结构。阐述了轴流式调节阀的工作原理,详细介绍了各组成结构的设计特点与材料选择。对调节阀总体方案的设计思路与结构特点进行总结,并对系统的固有流量特性进行计算,模拟实际工况,对汽蚀区域的流场速度进行仿真计算。验证了优化阀门结构可以减小矿浆介质对阀门的冲刷、闪蒸及空化损坏,提高阀门的使用寿命。
A new type of regulating valve which can be used in flash operation is introduced.The regulating valve adopts axial flow sleeve valve core structure.The working principle of axial flow regulating valve is described,and the design characteristics and material selection of each component structure are introduced in detail.The design idea and structural characteristics of the overall scheme of the regulating valve are summarized,and the inherent flow characteristics of the system are calculated,the actual working conditions are simulated,and the flow field velocity in the cavitation zone is simulated.It is verified that the valve structure optimization can reduce the scour,flash and cavitation damage of the slurry medium to the valve,and improve the service life of the valve.
