摘要
脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接,创新乡村治理体系是关键。进一步推进乡村振兴的进程,必须分析新时代创新乡村治理体系面临的突出问题。创新乡村治理体系,应完善体制机制,加快乡(镇)政府职能转型;加强乡村基层党组织建设;探索“三治融合”的管理模式。
The key to the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is to innovate the rural governance system.To further promote the process of rural revitalization,an analysis has to be made of the outstanding problems challenging the innovative rural governance system in the new era.To innovate the rural governance system,efforts should be made to improve the system and mechanism,accelerate the transformation of township(town)government functions;strengthen the construction of rural party organizations at the grass-roots level;explore the“3-in-1”governance integration management model.
