摘要
随着学前教育工作和事业的进一步发展,学前教育专业发展和幼儿教师培养备受关注,在国家师范认证工作的积极推动下,吉林工程技术师范学院积极探索师资队伍培养路径,关注学生在毕业时能“带走”什么,并以此为契机建立体现学校办学特色的学前教育专业人才培养模式,并落实到课程体系建设上,提高了学前教育专业人才培养质量。
With the further development of preschool education,preschool education professional development and kindergarten teacher training have attracted much more attention than before.Driven by national teacher certification work,Jilin Engineering Normal University actively explores the training path of teachers and pays attention to what students can take with them upon graduation.The university takes this as an opportunity to establish a preschool education professional training model that reflects the school's school-running characteristics,and implement it in the construction of the curriculum system to improve the quality of preschool education professional training.
