肉牛场环境中枯草芽孢杆菌的16S rDNA分离鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 为肉牛养殖微生态饲料添加剂的开发提供候选菌株,研究从牛场分离枯草芽孢杆菌,采集牛场饲料、干草、水源、空气、粪便等样品,通过无菌实验室进行细菌培养、革兰氏染色镜检、16S rDNA的方法进行细菌的分离鉴定。结果表明,分离株在平板上有褶皱样单菌落生长,染色为革兰氏阳性细杆菌,序列在NCBI数据库中进行比对,确定为枯草芽孢杆菌。 To provide candidate strains for the development of micro-ecological feed additives for beef cattle breeding,the study isolates Bacillus subtilis from cattle farms and collected cattle farm feed,hay,water,air,feces and other samples.The bacteria were isolated and identified by bacterial culture,gram staining microscopy and 16 S rDNA method in sterile laboratory.The results showed that there were fold like single colonies growing on the plate,which were stained as grampositive bacilli,and the sequence was compared in NCBI database and confirmed as Bacillus subtilis.
