HIF-2α在不同年龄段牦牛肺脏中的表达及分布 被引量:3

摘要 为研究3岁和6岁牦牛肺组织中低氧诱导因子2α(HIF-2α)的表达和分布。试验选择3岁和6岁牦牛的肺组织作为试验样本,制成石蜡切片,采用HE染色评估组织学特征,采用免疫组化法检测HIF-2α蛋白在牦牛肺脏器官中的分布。结果表明,3岁牦牛肺脏组织中HIF-2α蛋白在终末支气管皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞中为阳性表达;6岁牦牛肺脏组织中HIF-2α蛋白在终末支气管上皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞中为强阳性表达,在肺血管和肌细胞中为阳性表达。6岁牦牛终末支气管中HIF-2α的免疫染色强度强于3岁牦牛。研究表明,低氧可促进HIF-2α在牦牛肺脏中的表达,推测HIF-2α因子对牦牛适应高原低氧环境有着重要的作用。 To study the expression and distribution of hypoxia-inducible factor 2αin lung tissues of three-year-old and six-year-old yak.In the experiment,the lung tissues of three-year-old and six-year-old yak were selected as test samples,made into paraffin sections,and HE staining was used to evaluate histological characteristics,immunohistochemical method was used to detect the distribution of HIF-2αprotein in the lung organs of yak.The results showed that HIF-2αprotein in lung tissue of three-year-old yak was positively expressed in terminal bronchial epithelial cells and alveolar epithelial cells.HIF-2αprotein in lung tissue of six-year-old yak is strongly positively expressed in terminal bronchial epithelial cells and alveolar epithelial cells,and positively expressed in pulmonary blood vessels and muscle cells.The immunostaining intensity of HIF-2αin the terminal bronchus of six-year-old yak was stronger than that of three-year-old yak.Studies have show that hypoxia can promote the expression of HIF-2αin the lungs of yak,and it is speculated that HIF-2αfactor plays an important role in adapting the yak to the high altitude hypoxic environment.
