摘要
为研究包被和非包被的酸化剂对饲料中细菌及霉菌数量的影响。试验采用2×2因子完全随机试验设计,包括母猪料、玉米和鱼粉混合物2个处理及包被与非包被酸化剂2个处理,共计4个处理组,每个处理组3个重复。试验采用菌落法,综合比较包被和非包被酸化剂在同等条件下对不同饲料中细菌和霉菌的抑制作用。结果表明,饲料正常贮存条件下,酸化剂包被与否对饲料细菌总数及霉菌总数的影响无差异,包被处理对水料混合物中的细菌总数无影响。研究表明,包被处理可降低酸化剂对水料混合物中霉菌的抑制能力。
In order to study the influence of coated and uncoated acidifiers on the number of bacterial and mold in feed.The trial adopts a 2×2 factor completely randomized trial design,including two treatments of sow feed and corn and fish meal,two treatments of coated and uncoated acidifiers,a total of four treatment groups with three replicates for each group.The bacterial colony method was applied to compare the inhibit effect of coated and uncoated acidifier under the same condition.The result showed that when the feed was stored under normal situation,there was no difference of bacterial and mold amount between coated or uncoated acidifiers,and the coating treatment had no effect on the total number of bacteria in the water and feed mixture.Studies have shown that coating treatment can reduce the inhibitory ability of acidifiers on molds in water mixtures.
