不同羽色坝上长尾鸡蛋品质相关性分析

Correlation analysis on the egg quality of Bashang Long-tail chicken with different feather colors

试验探讨不同羽色坝上长尾鸡蛋品质及其遗传相关的物理性状。选择900只健康60周龄坝上长尾鸡按照不同羽色分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复100只。试验期60 d。结果表明,麻羽鸡的蛋壳重和蛋壳强度均显著高于白羽鸡(P<0.05);白羽鸡的蛋黄重显著高于麻羽鸡(P<0.05);黑羽鸡的蛋黄指数显著高于白羽和麻羽鸡(P<0.05);白羽鸡的蛋黄比例极显著高于麻羽鸡(P<0.01),黑羽鸡显著高于麻羽鸡(P<0.05)。蛋白高度与哈夫单位、蛋黄重与蛋黄比例呈极显著正相关,且R>0.9;蛋黄宽度与蛋黄重、蛋黄宽度与蛋黄比例呈中等正相关R>0.6。研究表明,育种过程中应根据蛋品质及消费市场需要选择性能较好的坝上长尾鸡。

In order to explore the genetic correlation between the quality and physical characteristics of Bashang Long-tail eggs of different feather colors.900 healthy 60-week-old Bashang Long-tail chicken were divided into three groups by different color feathers with three replicates in each group and 100 chicken in each replicate.The experiment lasted 60 d.The result showed that the eggshell weight and eggshell strength of hemp feathers were significantly higher than that of white feathers(P<0.05).The egg yolk weight of white feather chickens was significantly higher than that of hemp feather chickens(P<0.05).The egg yolk ratio of white feather chickens was extremely higher than that of hemp feathers(P<0.01),and black feathers were significantly higher than that of hemp feathers(P<0.05).The protein height has extremely significant positive correlation with the Huff unit,the weight of the yolk and the ratio of the yolk,and R>0.9,the yolk width and the yolk weight,and the yolk width and the ratio of the yolk were moderately positively correlated R>0.6.Studies have show that Bashang Long-tail chickens with different feather colors should be selected in the breeding process according to the needs of the egg quality consumer market.
