磁性共价有机框架材料吸附分离卵清蛋白

摘要 共价有机框架(COFs)是一种新型的有机多孔材料,在众多物种的吸附分离中具有广泛应用。本文以1,3,5-三甲酰间苯三酚和联苯胺为原料,以Fe_(3)O_(4)为磁性核,通过室温超声合成法制备了以共价有机骨架为壳的磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)@COF复合材料。以Fe_(3)O_(4)@COF复合材料为固相吸附载体,考察了其对蛋白质吸附分离的性能。在pH=5时,Fe_(3)O_(4)@COF复合材料对卵清蛋白的最大吸附容量为440.5μg/mg。将该材料用于实际样品中卵清蛋白的吸附分离,效果明显。 Covalent organic frameworks(COFs) are a new type of organic porous materials.In this work,a covalent organic framework was prepared with 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol and benzidine via Schiff base reaction under microwave at room temperature.The prepared COF moiety was immobilized on the surface of Fe_(3)O_(4 ) particles to obtain a magnetic composite termed as Fe_(3)O_(4)@COF.The composite was evaluated as an adsorbent in the adsorption and isolation of protein species.zThe experimental results illustrated that Fe_(3)O_(4)@COF composite exhibits favorable adsorption selectivity to ovalbumin.At pH=5,a maximum adsorption capacity of 440.5 μg/mg was achieved for ovalbumin.The practical application of Fe_(3)O_(4)@COF composite was demonstrated for the adsorption of ovalbumin in egg-white.
