我国北方香型粳稻资源遗传多样性及其香味基因Badh2的等位基因分析 被引量:4

Analyses of Genetic Diversity and Badh2 Alleles of Aromatic Japonica Rice Germplasm Resources in Northern China

摘要 为了解我国北方香型粳稻资源遗传背景,利用SNP分子标记对54份香型粳稻和8份非香稻资源进行遗传多样性分析,并对香味基因Badh2进行等位基因分析。1K SNP分子标记基因分型结果共检测出2 244个等位位点,62份材料的相似系数为0.18~0.99,平均系数为0.81。聚类分析结果表明:62份材料共分为3个类群(相似系数为0.82),然而类群并未按不同地域完全分开,其中只有第一类群材料大多来自吉林省。利用已开发的香味关联分子标记,鉴定54份香稻资源的Badh2基因等位变异类型,发现2份资源具有新等位变异,大部分材料为第7外显子和第2外显子变异类型。以上结果表明,我国北方香型粳稻资源的遗传距离较近、遗传多样性较低,这可为北方香型粳稻资源研究及香稻育种亲本选配提供参考依据。 In order to understand the genetic background of aromatic japonica rice resources in northern China,the genetic diversity of 54 aromatic-and 8 non-aromatic japonica rice resources was analyzed by using SNP molecular markers and the allele analysis of fragrant gene Badh2.The results of 1 K SNP genotyping showed that a total of 2,244 alleles were detected in 62 materials,and the similarity coefficient ranged from 0.18 to 0.99 with the mean coefficient of 0.81.The cluster analysis of Nei′s similarity coefficient showed that the 62 varieties were divided into 3 groups(similarity coefficient was 0.82),but not completely separated according to regions,and only the materials in the first group were mostly from Jilin province.Allele analysis of fragrant gene Badh2 using the developed aroma-associated molecular markers showed that most aromatic rice resources were Exon 7 and Exon 2 mutation types,and 2 of them were the novel alleles.The results indicated that the genetic distance and genetic diversity of aromatic japonica rice resources in northern China were relatively narrow.This study provides a theoretical basis for the study of aromatic type japonica rice resources and breeding in northern China.
