镀锡板中钙铝酸盐夹杂物的形成及控制 被引量:2

摘要 镀锡板具有广泛的应用及良好的发展前景,但由于其中大尺寸钙铝酸盐夹杂物的存在,易造成镀锡板钢出现点状缺陷,在后续加工过程表现为冲压开裂。为研究这一现象,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪等检测手段,对某公司的镀锡板缺陷样中夹杂物进行形貌和成分分析,结果表明,镀锡板中大尺寸钙铝酸盐夹杂物是造成产品质量缺陷的主要原因。通过分析缺陷发生率与连铸坯位置的关系,发现缺陷主要发生在交接坯与尾坯上。通过优化钢包顶渣改质工艺和优化中包流场,制定了一套钙铝酸盐夹杂物的控制技术,基本消除了镀锡板的钙铝酸盐夹杂。 Tinplate has a wide range of applications and good development prospects,but the presence of large-size calcium aluminate inclusions is likely to cause point defects in tinplate steel,which demonstrates as stamping cracks in the processing of downstream users.In order to study this phenomenon,this article first introduces how the scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer are used to analyze the morphology and composition of the inclusions in the defect samples of a certain company’s tinplate,and to determine the large-size calcium aluminate inclusions in the tinplate.It was the main cause of quality defects.Secondly,the relationship between the occurrence rate of defects and the position of the continuous casting slab is analyzed,and it is found that the defects mainly occur on the transfer slab and the tail slab.Finally,by optimizing the ladle slag upgrading process optimization and packet flow field,a set of technology of controlling the calcium aluminate inclusions has been formed,and tinplate substantially eliminated calcium aluminate.
