基于意愿与行为的高校快递包装回收调研分析研究--以济南长清大学城为例

Research on Packaging Recycling of Express Delivery in Colleges and Universities Based on Willingness and Behavior-Taking Changqing University Town of Jinan City as an Example

在总结国内外快递包装回收现状的基础上,从二维视角出发,着眼于研究大学生的意愿与行为对高校快递包装回收的影响。通过实地走访和调查问卷的发放,参照计划行为理论,运用频数分析、描述性分析和主成分分析等分析方法,对高校学生快递包装回收的意愿和实际行为进行了分析。结果显示:回收态度、便利程度与政策宣传是对长清大学城高校学生进行快递包装回收行为影响最强的三大因素,均产生了正向影响。提出了构建快递包装回收流程,并从回收奖励机制、回收点优化设计两方面来完善快递包装回收流程。

On the basis of summarizing the current situation of express packaging recycling at home and abroad,this paper studies the influence of college students’will and behavior on express packaging recycling from two-dimensional perspective.Through field visits and questionnaires,referring to the theory of planned behavior,using frequency analysis,descriptive analysis and principal component analysis,this paper analyzes the willingness and actual behavior of college students’express packaging recycling.The results show that recycling attitude,convenience and policy publicity are the three factors that have the strongest impact on the express packaging recycling behavior of college students in Changqing University Town,all of which have a positive impact.This paper proposes to construct the express packaging recycling process,and improve the express packaging recycling process from two aspects:recycling reward mechanism and recycling point optimization design.
