国内外房地产泡沫研究述评

A Review of the Research into Domestic and Foreign Real Estate Bubbles

梳理近20年来国内外学者对房地产泡沫的相关研究发现:学术界对房地产泡沫的研究集中于房地产泡沫的形成原因、房地产泡沫的外部性、房地产泡沫的测度方法、房地产泡沫的实证研究、房地产泡沫的预防等。当前疫情下的房地产市场状况是大家关注的重点,未来的研究重点会更注重区域间房地产泡沫的传递以及房地产泡沫的合理预测。

A review of domestic and foreign research on real estate bubbles in the recent 20 years shows that scholars focus on the causes,externalities,measurement,empirical studies,and prevention of the real estate bubble.The real estate market during the COVID-19 outbreak is the focus of attention.Future research will be more focused on the spread of real estate bubbles across regions and the reasonable prediction of them.
