Threefold Purpose of Talent Production at Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of High-Quality Development

国家对新时代的教育提出了高质量发展的要求。教育高质量发展也对高职院校“培养什么人”提出了现实要求,即培养高素质技术技能人才、培养具有工匠精神的多元融合型人才、培养具有实践力的时代创新人才。高质量发展背景下高职院校人才培养的价值取向具有三个维度:回归生活,直面职业所在的真实样态;以人为本,尊重人才的主体性;关照生命,指向人类的永恒发展。

The state laid down the requirement of high-quality development for education in the new era.The high-quality development of education also sets out requirements for higher vocational colleges as to“who to deliver to society.”Specifically,higher vocational colleges should deliver highly qualified technical talent,versatile talent with exquisite craftsmanship,and innovative talent with much-needed practical skills.To drive high-quality development,talent production at higher vocational colleges should serve a threefold purpose.In other words,talent production at higher vocational colleges should address real-life needs and face up to actual occupational conditions,highlight human needs and respect the initiative of talent,and take care of life and promote the forever development of mankind.
