对妇科急腹症患者采用腹部超声联合阴道超声的诊断效果观察

The Observation of the Diagnostic Effect of Abdominal Ultrasound Combined with Vaginal Ultrasound in the Patients with Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的:观察妇科急腹症诊断中联合应用腹部超声与阴道超声的效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年10月妇科急腹症病例87例资料,经过腹部超声、阴道超声检查和病理诊断,以腹部超声和阴道超声联合检查资料为A组,以腹部超声检查资料为B组,以金标准(即病理检验结果)为依据,比较组间检出率、诊断符合率和病理分型准确率。结果:检出率比较,A组高于B组(P<0.05);诊断符合率比较,A组误诊率低于B组,A组漏诊率低于B组,(P<0.05);分型准确率比较,A组高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:联合阴道超声与腹部超声诊断妇科急腹症,可提升检出率,促进精准诊断和病理分型。

Objective:To observe the effect of combined application of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:87 cases of gynecological acute abdomen from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected.After abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound and pathological diagnosis,the data of combined abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound were taken as group A and abdominal ultrasound as group B.based on the gold standard(pathological test results),the detection rate,diagnostic coincidence rate and pathological classification accuracy were compared between groups.Results:The detection rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05);The misdiagnosis rate of group A was lower than that of group B,and the missed diagnosis rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05);The accuracy of classification in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen can improve the detection rate,promote accurate diagnosis and pathological classification.
