小儿肠套叠诊断中联合采取腹部超声与浅表超声的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Abdominal Ultrasound Combined with Superficial Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Intussusception in Children

目的:研究肠套叠小儿诊断过程中结合使用腹部超声诊断方式和浅表超声诊断方式的诊断意义。方法:本次调查资料数据中将2018年2月~2020年6月本医院诊断的30例疑似存在肠套叠小儿纳入指标评估,针对以上小儿均实施腹部超声诊断加浅表超声诊断,评估诊断结果。结果:腹部超声诊断方式相结合浅表超声诊断方式对检出肠套叠小儿的例数占据百分比、检测敏感度、检测准确度对比单一腹部超声诊断方式提升(P<0.05);腹部超声诊断方式相结合浅表超声诊断方式的诊断符合率(100.00%)相较单一腹部超声诊断方式(80.00%)增多(P<0.05)。结论:在肠套叠小儿临床诊断过程中将腹部超声诊断方式及浅表超声诊断方式结合运用效果较好。

Objective:To study the diagnostic significance of abdominal ultrasound and superficial ultrasound in the diagnosis of intussusception in children.Methods:30 cases of children suspected of intussusception diagnosed in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were included in the index evaluation.Abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and superficial ultrasound diagnosis were carried out for the above children,and the diagnosis results were evaluated.Results:The percentage of children with intussusception detected by abdominal ultrasound combined with superficial ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of single abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with superficial ultrasound(100.00%)was slightly higher than that of single abdominal ultrasound(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of intussusception in children,the combination of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and superficial ultrasound diagnosis is effective.
