彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结疾病诊断中的应用及准确性分析

Application and Accuracy Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Cervical Lymph Node Disease

目的:研究颈部淋巴结疾病患者实施彩色多普勒超声检查的效果及满意度。方法:择取150例本院纳入的颈部淋巴结疾病患者,本研究的时间范围为2016年11月~2019年11月,全部患者均予以常规超声检查、彩色多普勒超声检查,讨论患者的准确性。结果:(1)颈部淋巴结疾病彩色多普勒超声检查诊断结果灵敏度(96.34%)、特异度(97.06%)、准确性(96.67%)均明显高于常规超声检查(84.15%、85.29%、84.67%),两者差异明显(P<0.05)。(2)非结核性淋巴结疾病、结核性淋巴结疾病患者搏动指数、阻力指数、收缩期最高峰值流速、舒张末期流速指标具有一致性,P>0.05,非结核性淋巴结疾病患者L/S低于结核性淋巴结疾病患者,较之于结核性淋巴结疾病患者,非结核性淋巴结疾病患者最大血流速度较低,两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴结疾病患者应用彩色多普勒超声检查准确性较高。

Objective:To study the effect observation and satisfaction of color Doppler ultrasound examination in patients with cervical lymph node disease.Methods:150 patients with cervical lymph node disease included in our hospital were selected.From November 2016 to November 2019 as the time frame of this study,all patients were subjected to routine ultrasound examination and color Doppler ultrasound examination to discuss the patient’s accuracy.Results:(1)The sensitivity(96.34%),specificity(97.06%),and accuracy(96.67%)of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of cervical lymph node disease were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasound(84.15%,85.29%,84.67%),the difference between the two is obvious(P<0.05).(2)The indexes of pulsatility index,resistance index,peak peak systolic velocity and end-diastolic velocity of patients with non-tuberculous lymph node disease and tuberculous lymph node disease are consistent,P>0.05,and the L/S of patients with non tuberculous lymph node disease was lower than that of patients with tuberculous lymph node disease.Compared with patients with tuberculous lymph node disease,the maximum blood flow velocity of patients with non tuberculous lymph node disease was lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography is more accurate in patients with lymph node diseases.
