摘要
目的:剖析彩色多普勒超声诊断颅外段椎动脉发育不良及狭窄的临床价值。方法:抽选2018年1月~2019年1月在本院因为发生脑供血不足现象,且经过诊断之后确认为椎动脉狭窄的57例患者为对象,分析其采用彩色多普勒超声诊断之后对椎动脉发育不良患者的患侧、健侧结果数据加以比较。结果:患侧和健侧相比较而言,患侧的椎动脉内径和EDV、PSV数据显著较低,具有临床差异性,P<0.05,有统计学对比价值。同时因动脉粥样硬化形成椎动脉狭窄的患者为27例,其中含有超声诊断方式确认为狭窄低于50%的患者有20例、中度狭窄50%~99%的患者有7例。而CTA诊断椎动脉狭窄低于50%的患者有17例、中度狭窄50%~99%的患者有10例,在经过比较后P<0.05,有临床比较的意义。结论:于椎动脉狭窄及发育不良患者的诊断而言,可以借助彩色多普勒超声完成诊断,其和DSA的结果存在一定程度的一致性,相对而言此方法的诊断可靠性也较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of dysplasia and stenosis of extracranial vertebral artery.Methods:57 patients with cerebral insufficiency in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 and confirmed as vertebral artery stenosis after diagnosis were selected as the subjects.The results of patients with vertebral artery dysplasia on the affected side and healthy side were compared after color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Results:Compared with the affected side and the healthy side,the vertebral artery inner diameter and EDV and PSV data of the affected side were significantly lower,which had clinical differences,P<0.05,which had statistically significant value.At the same time,there were 27 patients with vertebral artery stenosis due to atherosclerosis.Among them,there were 20 patients with ultrasound diagnosis confirmed that the stenosis was less than 50%,and 7 patients with moderate stenosis between 50%and 99%.CTA diagnosed 17 cases of vertebral artery stenosis with less than 50%,and 10 patients with moderate stenosis between 50%and 99%.After comparison,P<0.05 has clinical significance.Conclusion:For the diagnosis of vertebral artery stenosis and dysplasia,color Doppler ultrasound can be used to complete the diagnosis.There is a certain degree of consistency with the results of DSA,and the diagnostic reliability of this method is relatively high.
