宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床应用价值探讨

Treatment of Endometrial Polyps by Hysteroscopic Electrotomy Discussion on Clinical Application Value

目的:探究宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术对治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床应用价值。方法:选取在本院进行治疗的90例子宫内膜息肉患者,其中实施宫腔镜下电切术的45例患者为观察组,实施传统刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉的45例患者为对照组。对比两组患者治疗总有效率;采集所有患者的手术情况以及住院时间等数据进行对比;观察患者术后并发症情况数据。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率(95.55%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05;观察组患者手术时间(28.31±3.26)min、住院时间(4.37±1.32)d,数据均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术中出血量数据低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者术后并发症发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(20.00%),两组差异对比显著,P<0.05。结论:相较传统刮宫术,宫腔镜电切术的效果更为理想,患者术后恢复更快,安全性更高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopic electrotomy of endometrial polyps in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:90 cases of endometrial polyps treated in our hospital were selected,among which 45 cases of endometrial polyps treated by hysteroscopic electrotomy were selected as the observation group,and 45 cases of endometrial polyps treated by traditional curettage were selected as the control group.The total effective rate,operation time,hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups.Postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate(95.55%)of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),P<0.05;the operation time of the observation group was(28.31±3.26)min,and the hospital stay(4.37±1.32)days,the data are all lower than the control group,P<0.05.The intraoperative blood loss data of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the postoperative complication rate of patients in the observation group(4.44%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%).The difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional curettage,hysteroscopic electrotomy for endometrial polyps has a significant clinical effect with less trauma and high safety.
