电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者洗胃中的应用效果

Application Effect of Electric Sputum Aspiration Machine Combined with Automatic Gastric Lavage Machine in Gastric Lavage of Emergency Poisoning Patients

目的:探析电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者洗胃中的应用效果。方法:研究将本院2019年1月~6月与2019年7月~12月收治的急诊中毒患者各36例分别作为甲组、乙组,甲组患者的洗胃方法为电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机,乙组患者给予常规洗胃,分析比较两组患者洗胃效果。结果:通过统计学分析后发现,甲组患者不仅仅洗胃操作、症状缓解以及住院时间明显较短,P<0.05,同时,其洗胃液残留量相对较少,P<0.05,且不良事件发生率明显较低,P<0.05。结论:在为急诊中毒患者实施洗胃治疗的过程中,电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机的运用有助于洗胃操作、症状缓解时间的缩短,减少了洗胃液残留量,避免了各种不良事件的出现,同时更是缩短了患者的住院时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of electric sputum aspiration machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine in gastric lavage of emergency poisoning patients.Methods:In this study,36 cases of emergency poisoning patients admitted to our hospital from January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 were respectively treated as group A and Group B.The gastric lavage method for patients in group A was electric sputum aspiration machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine,while patients in group B were given conventional gastric lavage,and the gastric lavage effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After statistical analysis,it was found that the gastric lavage operation,symptom relief and hospital stay in group A were not only significantly shorter(P<0.05),but also the gastric lavage residual amount was relatively less(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of gastric lavage treatment for emergency poisoning patients,the application of electric sputum aspiration machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine can help shorten the gastric lavage operation,reduce the duration of symptom relief,reduce the residual gastric lavage,avoid the occurrence of various adverse events,and shorten the hospital stay of patients.
