Troubleshooting of Beckman DXI800 Automatic Luminescent Immunoassay Analyzer

目的:本文通过对两例贝克曼全自动发光免疫分析仪疑难故障的检修与分析,总结疑难故障分析解决方法,提供了相应问题解决对策。方法:根据故障现象及原理分析,多思路思考解决方案,最终找到故障点,使仪器恢复正常运行。结果:经过多思路提出问题,并逐个验证分析检修,仪器修复并积累了宝贵经验。结论:本文两例故障均为不常见故障,但是只要充分了解相关仪器原理,熟练掌握相关技能就能快速高效解决维修难题。

Objective:In this paper,through the troubleshooting and analysis of two cases of Beckman automatic luminescent immunoassay analyzer,we summarize the troubleshooting methods and provide the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:According to the analysis of the fault phenomenon and principle,the solutions were considered in many ways,and finally the fault point was found to make the instrument return to normal operation.Results:After many ideas to raise questions,and one by one verification,analysis and maintenance,instrument repair and accumulated valuable experience.Conclusion:The two cases of faults in this paper are uncommon faults,but as long as we fully understand the principles of the relevant instruments and master the relevant skills,we can quickly and efficiently solve the maintenance problems.
