试论医用耗材赠予促销的监管缺失

Try to Discuss the Lack of Supervision of Medical Consumables Donation

医用耗材在临床诊疗过程中,应用方面广、范围大,而品种规格较多,与医疗质量、医疗安全、医疗费用密切相关。笔者分析了医用耗材赠予的坏处和漏洞,以及监管的不到位,呼吁医疗器械生产企业、经销商和临床医生自觉遵守医疗器械法律法规。同时,政府相关机构应高度重视规范医用耗材的使用和管理,尽快制定相关法律法规,弥补对医用耗材赠予监管的不足。为保证患者就医安全,应杜绝医用耗材(包括医疗器械)赠予的漏洞,以保证人民群众用药(械)的安全。

There are many varieties of medical consumables,widely used in medical facilities,and closely related to medical quality,medical safety and medical expenses.This paper expounds the disadvantages of medical consumables gift promotion and the lack of supervision,and calls on the medical device manufacturers,dealers and clinicians to consciously abide by the laws and regulations of medical devices.At the same time,the relevant government agencies should attach great importance to standardizing the use and management of medical consumables,and enact relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible to make up for the lack of supervision on the donation of medical consumables.In order to ensure the safety of patients’medical treatment,we should eliminate the loopholes in the gift promotion of medical consumables(including medical devices).
