组合式加载方法测试树脂基复合材料压缩性能的探究 被引量:1

摘要 纤维增强树脂基复合材料层压板的压缩强度和压缩模量是复合材料结构设计、制造和使用维护的基本力学性能参数,为新材料研发、质量控制和结构设计提供重要依据。而不同压缩性能测试方法对其最终性能指标有重要的影响,甚至得出截然不同的结果。针对以上问题,通过对现有不同复合材料压缩性能测试方法的系统分析与讨论,结合相关测试经验,通过改进ASTM D 6641和GB/T 5258中组合式加载(CLC)测试夹具,优化了CLC加载测试复合材料的压缩性能的方法,提高了复合材料压缩性能测试方法的准确性、有效性和操作简便性,对纤维增强树脂基复合材料的开发与结构设计等具有重要的现实意义。 Both compressive strength and compressive modulus of fiber reinforced resin composite laminates are the basic mechanical performance parameters for composite structure design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance.They can also provide important bases for new material development, quality control and structural design.Different test methods for compression performance have important influence on its final performance indexes, and some may even have totally different results.In order to solve the above problems, through analysis and discussion of the existing composite material compression performance test methods, combined with a large amount of relevant test experience, the compression performance of composite materials is optimized using improved combined loading compression(CLC) test fixture according to the ASTM D 6641 and GB/T 5258.The improved CLC test fixture is more accurate, effective and easy to operate, which has important practical significance for the development and structural design of fiber reinforced resin composites.
