文章描述了一种可在线抽吸病毒性气溶胶的牙科手机,以解决口腔诊疗过程中产生的混有患者血液、唾液及手机冷却水的飞沫对诊疗环境造成的污染问题。在牙科手机设置的负压吸引器,通过气泵的工作及时抽吸诊疗过程产生的飞沫、气溶胶,并将抽吸气体通过活性炭过滤器、等离子消毒器或紫外线消毒器等消毒装置,对其进行过滤、消毒,以降低诊疗环境的微生物颗粒浓度,保护人群。

In this paper,a dental handpiece with on-line aspiration of viral aerosol is described to solve the pollution problem of medical environment caused by droplets mixed with patients’blood,saliva and mobile phone cooling water in the process of oral diagnosis and treatment.The negative pressure aspirator set in the dental mobile phone can timely pump the droplets and aerosols produced in the process of diagnosis and treatment through the work of the air pump,filtering and disinfecting the aspirated gas through the disinfection devices such as activated carbon filter,plasma sterilizer or ultraviolet sterilizer,so as to reduce the concentration of microbial particles in the diagnosis and treatment environment and protect the people.
