产前超声在胎儿先天性骨骼系统畸形诊断中的应用探析

摘要 目的:分析产前超声在胎儿先天性骨骼系统畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:以2015年1月~2019年1月本院工作资料为资源库,选取经产前超声确诊的67例先天性骨骼系统畸形胎儿,结合后续诊疗资料,对胎儿先天性骨骼系统畸形诊断结果进行分析,获取诊断正确率信息。结果:超声检查中,67例先天性骨骼系统畸形胎儿包括桡骨缺如18例、小腿缺如15例、椎体异常11例、下肢短小9例、指骨异常9例、足内翻3例、其他骨骼畸形2例。占比为26.87%(18/67)、22.39%(15/67)、16.42%(11/67)、13.43%(9/67)、13.43%(9/67)、4.48%(3/67)、2.99%(2/67)。以金标准检验,总正确率为97.01%(65/67),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05,χ^(2)=0.279)。结论:产前超声可有效完成胎儿先天性骨骼系统畸形诊断,正确率较高,也可较有效地完成疾病鉴别。 Objective:To analyze the application value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital skeletal system malformation.Methods:Based on the working data of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019,67 cases of fetal congenital skeletal system malformation diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound were selected.Combined with the follow-up diagnosis and treatment data,the diagnosis results of fetal congenital skeletal system malformation were analyzed to obtain the diagnosis accuracy information.Results:In the ultrasound examination,67 cases of congenital skeletal malformations included 18 cases of absence of radius,15 cases of absence of leg,11 cases of abnormal vertebral body,9 cases of short lower limb,9 cases of abnormal phalange,3 cases of varus and 2 cases of other skeletal malformations.The proportion was 26.87%(18/67),22.39%(15/67),16.42%(11/67),13.43%(9/67),13.43%(9/67),4.48%(3/67)and 2.99%(2/67).According to the gold standard test,the total correct rate was 97.01%(65/67),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05,χ^(2)=0.279).Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound can effectively complete the diagnosis of fetal congenital skeletal system malformation,with high accuracy,and can also effectively complete the disease differentiation.
