无创呼吸机在ICU心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗过程中的应用价值

Application Value of Non-Invasive Ventilator in ICU Patients with Heart Failure Complicated with Respiratory Failure

目的:分析无创呼吸机在实施ICU心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗过程中的应用价值。方法:纳入2019年2月~2021年2月在本院ICU接受心衰合并心力衰竭的患者50例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为了接受常规治疗+无创呼吸机治疗的观察组与接受常规治疗的对照组,每组各有患者25例。结果:治疗前两组患者相关指标无明显差异P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者相关指标与对照组患者存在显著统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后观察组患者呼吸状况与对照组患者相比存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:对于在ICU接受治疗的心衰合并呼吸衰竭患者来说无创呼吸机在常规治疗基础上的应用,有助于患者相关临床指标的改善,获得了更为理想的呼吸状况。

Objective:To analyze the application value of non-invasive ventilator in ICU patients with heart failure complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:50 patients with heart failure complicated with heart failure in ICU of our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were included as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group receiving routine treatment+noninvasive ventilator treatment and the control group receiving routine treatment,with 25 patients in each group.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in respiratory status between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For ICU patients with heart failure complicated with respiratory failure,the application of non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional treatment is conducive to the improvement of relevant clinical indicators of patients and a more ideal respiratory status.
