持续湿化联合排痰机排痰治疗对神经外科重症并气管切开患者的应用效果分析 被引量:3

Effect of Continuous Humidification Combined with Expectoration Machine in the Treatment of Severe Neurosurgical Patients with Tracheotomy

摘要 目的:探讨持续湿化联合排痰机排痰治疗神经外科重症并气管切开患者的应用效果。方法:纳入2019年3月~2020年3月本院神经外科收治的重症并气管切开患者共80例。采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组以人工扣背、雾化吸入治疗进行排痰,观察组以持续湿化气道联合排痰机进行排痰。对比两组患者血气指标变化、并发症发生情况及预后情况。结果:治疗后观察组动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肺部感染、血压异常发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组拔管时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:持续湿化联合排痰机治疗神经外科重症气管切开患者,能有效改善患者的血气指标,降低并发症风险,使患者尽快脱离病危期。 Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous humidification combined with expectoration machine in the treatment of severe neurosurgical patients with tracheotomy.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with severe tracheotomy in neurosurgery department of our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial buckle back and atomization inhalation for expectoration,while the observation group was treated with continuous humidification airway combined with expectoration machine for expectoration.The blood gas index changes,complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection and abnormal blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The extubation time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous humidification combined with expectoration machine can effectively improve the blood gas index of patients with severe tracheotomy,reduce the risk of complications,and make the patients out of critical period as soon as possible.
