多频振动排痰仪对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者排痰效果及肺功能的影响

Effect of Multi Frequency Vibration Expectoration Instrument on Expectoration and Pulmonary Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:分析多频振动排痰仪对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者排痰效果及肺功能的影响。方法:选取2020年4月~2020年12月本院收治的108例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,基于排痰方式的不同将其分为两组。对照组患者采用常规振动排痰仪进行排痰,研究组患者采用多频振动排痰机进行排痰,观察两组患者的排痰有效率以及治疗前后的各项肺功能指标。结果:研究组排痰总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗后研究组患者的第1秒用力呼气量、用力肺活量和最大呼气流量均显著优于对照组。结论:多频振动排痰仪可以更好改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的排痰效果和肺功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of multi frequency vibration expectoration instrument on expectoration and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:108 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups based on different sputum excretion methods.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional vibration expectoration machine,while patients in the study group were treated with multi frequency vibration expectoration machine.The effective rate of expectoration and pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate of expectoration in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the first second forced air volume,forced lung volume and maximum breath volume in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Multi-frequency vibration sputum expectorator can improve the expectoration effect and pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
