摘要
目的:研究阴道镜应用在宫颈病变诊断当中的价值和准确度。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年5月到本院开展治疗的52例疑似宫颈病变的患者进行调查,所有患者在入院以后均通过阴道镜进行检查,对患者最终以病理诊断作为金标准,评估阴道镜,在进行宫颈病变诊断当中的价值。结果:经过病理诊断最终确诊50例宫颈病变患者,而经过阴道镜诊断宫颈病变患者47例,其中诊断为慢性宫颈炎15例、宫颈病变前期17例、宫颈癌13例、假阳性2例,与临床病理诊断比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);阴道镜检查宫颈病变的阳性预测值为100.00%、阴性预测值为40.00%、敏感度为94.00%、特异度为100.00%、准确度为94.23%、约登指数为94.00%、误诊率为0、漏诊率为6.00%。结论:对宫颈病变进行诊断的过程中,通过阴道镜的应用能具有较高的敏感度和准确度,诊断和临床病理诊断结果基本相符,是一种可行的诊断手段。
Objective:To study the value and accuracy of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods:52 patients with suspected cervical lesions who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected for investigation.All patients were examined by colposcopy after admission.The pathological diagnosis was finally used as the gold standard for evaluation.The value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Results:In this article,50 patients with cervical lesions were finally diagnosed through pathological diagnosis,and 47 patients with cervical lesions were diagnosed through colposcopy.Among them,15 were diagnosed as chronic cervicitis,17 were pre-cervix lesions,13 were cervical cancer,and 2 were false positives.For example,compared with the clinical pathological diagnosis,there is no significant difference(P>0.05);The positive predictive value of colposcopy for cervical lesions is 100.00%,the negative predictive value was 40.00%,the sensitivity was 94.00%,the specificity was 100.00%,the accuracy was 94.23%,the Youden index was 94.00%,the misdiagnosis rate was 0,and the missed diagnosis rate was 6.00%.Conclusion:In the process of diagnosing cervical lesions,the application of colposcopy can have high sensitivity and accuracy.The diagnosis is basically consistent with the clinical pathological diagnosis,and it is a feasible diagnostic method.
