探究分析超声刀在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剜除术中的应用价值

To Explore and Analyze the Application Value of Ultrasonic Scalpel in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的:探讨在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剜除术中应用超声刀的手术效果。方法:抽取2017年1月~2021年3月本院收治的75例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剜除术患者为观察对象,采用随机数字法分成观察组(n=35)与对照组(n=40),2组均接受子宫肌瘤剜除术治疗,观察组术中应用超声刀操作,对照组应用电凝刀进行操作,统计并对比2组患者的术中和术后常规指标,以及术后的并发症发生率。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中失血量、术后肛门排气时间和住院时间均少(短)于对照组P<0.05;观察组的术后并发症率为2.85%,对照组为12.50%,P<0.05。结论:在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剜除术中通过应用超声刀可获得与电凝刀同等的手术效果,然而超声刀的应用中可更好地降低手术创伤性、加快术后康复进程,且有利于预防术后并发症。

Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:Extract from January 2017 to March 2021 in our hospital 75 cases of laparoscopic uterine fibroids rejecting operation,random number table method group,two groups are accepted for the treatment of uterine fibroids eliminate,observation group of intraoperative application of ultrasonic scalpel operation,the control group used electric coagulation knife,statistics and compared two groups of patients with intraoperative and postoperative routine index,and the incidence of postoperative complications.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were all less(shorter)than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative complications was 2.85%in the observation group and 12.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve the same surgical effect as that of electrocoagulation knife,but the application of ultrasonic scalpel can better reduce the surgical trauma,speed up the process of postoperative rehabilitation,and is conducive to the prevention of postoperative complications.
