一种新型射线显影薄膜在椎体成形手术定位中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过观察新型射线显影材料在椎体成形术中的应用,找到椎体微创手术定位的新方法。方法:实验起止时间为2018年6月~2019年12月,在此期间,选取拟行椎体成形术的手术患者20例,随机分成两组,每组10例。通过观察传统方法组T组,和使用射线显影薄膜组N组的定位照射次数,定位所用时间差异,评价新型射线显影薄膜的临床应用价值。结果:与传统方法相比,使用新型射线显影薄膜照射次数(2.10±0.23)次,显著小于传统方法(5.80±0.25)次,新型射线显影薄膜定位时间(4.10±0.47)min显著小于传统方法(16.90±0.50)min(P<0.05)。结论:新型射线显影薄膜用于椎体成形术照射次数更少,定位时间显著缩短。新型射线显影薄膜在脊柱微创手术领域具有显著临床价值。 Objective:By observing the application of new radiographic materials in vertebroplasty,find a new method of minimally invasive surgery positioning of vertebral body.Methods:The experiment starts and ends from June 2018 to December 2019,,choose20 patients undergoing vertebroplasty were randomly divided into two groups with 10 cases in each group.The clinical application value of the new type of radiographic film is evaluated by observing the number of positioning exposures and the difference in positioning time between the traditional method group T group and the radiographic film group N group.Results:Compared with the traditional method,the number of exposures using the new radiographic film(2.10±0.23)is significantly less than that of the traditional method(5.80±0.25),and the positioning time of the new radiographic film(4.10±0.47)min is significantly less than that of the traditional method(16.90±0.50)min(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new radiographic film has significant clinical value in the field of minimally invasive spinal surgery.
