S8体外除颤仪的有效性和安全性:一项回顾性研究

Effectiveness and Safety of S8 External Defibrillator:A Retrospective Study

目的:探究科曼S8体外除颤仪在抢救心室颤动或心脏骤停患者中的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析了2017年1月~2021年10月医院收治的173例由多种原因引发心室颤动或心脏骤停患者的临床资料。所有患者均采用体外除颤仪和心肺复苏进行急救,根据患者使用体外除颤仪的不同,分为A组(某国际品牌体外除颤仪,n=76)、B组(某国内品牌体外除颤仪,n=82)和C组(科曼S8体外除颤仪,n=15)。比较三组患者的除颤成功率、自主循环恢复率、存活率、心肌肌钙蛋白I水平、患者舒适度和皮肤发红情况。结果:有效性方面,与A组和B组相比,C组患者的除颤成功率、自主循环恢复率和存活率均无统计学差异(P>0.05);安全性方面,与A组和B组相比,C组患者在心脏复律后2h、4h、8h和16h的血清心肌肌钙蛋白I均无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组患者电击后皮肤外观和舒适度也均相似。结论:这项回顾性研究表明,科曼S8体外除颤仪在抢救心室颤动或心脏骤停患者中的有效性和安全性不劣于某国际品牌体外除颤仪和某国内品牌体外除颤仪。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of Comen S8 external defibrillator in rescuing patients with ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest.Methods:The clinical data of 173 patients with ventricular fibrillation or cardiac arrest caused by various reasons from January 2017 to October 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were given emergency treatment with external defibrillator and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.According to different external defibrillators,patients were divided into group A(an international brand external defibrillator,n=76),group B(a domestic brand external defibrillator,n=82)and group C(Comen S8 external defibrillator,n=15).The success rate of defibrillation,recovery rate of spontaneous circulation,survival rate,cardiac troponin I level,comfort and skin redness of the three groups were compared.Results:In terms of effectiveness,compared with group A and group B,there was no significant difference in the success rate of defibrillation,recovery rate of spontaneous circulation,survival rate in group C(P>0.05).In terms of safety,compared with group A and group B,there was also no significant difference in cardiac troponin I level at 2 hours,4 hours,8 hours and 16 hours after cardioversion in group C(P>0.05).The comfort and skin redness of the three groups were also similar.Conclusion:This retrospective study shows that the effectiveness and safety of Comen S8 external defibrillator are not inferior to that of an international brand external defibrillator and a domestic brand external defibrillator in rescuing patients with ventricular fibrillation or cardiac arrest.
