一体化内镜消毒工作站联合内镜清洗设备加高改进的临床实用性分析

Analysis of the Clinical Practicability of the Heightening and Improvement of the Integrated Endoscope Disinfection Workstation Combined with the Endoscope Cleaning Equipment

目的:对一体化内镜消毒工作站联合内镜清洗设备加高改进的临床应用效果进行分析。方法:将2019年7月~2019年12月作为改进前,应用传统的内镜清洗消毒系统;将2020年3月~2020年8月作为改进后,应用一体化内镜清洗消毒工作站,并对设备进行加高改进。分析一体化内镜消毒工作站联合内镜清洗设备加高改进的临床实用性。结果:改进后内镜室日均清洗内镜(102.0±6.05)条,明显高于改进前(80.5±4.52)条;两组随机抽检的内镜清洗消毒合格率均为100.00%;改进后内镜清洗人工耗时、总耗时均明显低于改进前(P<0.05);改进后操作规范率、内镜周转率明显高于改进前,且改进后工作人员的工作舒适度与满意度评分高于改进前,差异比较均具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:一体化内镜消毒工作站用于内镜清洗消毒的效果理想,同时针对清洗设备高度问题进行加高改进,能进一步提高操作的规范性,保证操作者的舒适度,提升工作效率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of the integrated endoscope disinfection workstation combined with the heightening and improvement of the endoscope cleaning equipment.Methods:Use the traditional endoscope cleaning and disinfection system from July 2019 to December 2019 as the improvement;apply the integrated endoscope cleaning and disinfection workstation after the improvement from March 2020 to August 2020.The equipment is heightened and improved.Analyze the clinical practicability of the integrated endoscope disinfection workstation combined with endoscope cleaning equipment to enhance the improvement.Results:The average daily cleaning endoscopes(102.0±6.05)in the improved endoscopy room was significantly higher than that before the improvement(80.5±4.52);the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of the two groups of random random inspections was 100.00%;The labor time and total time for lens cleaning were significantly lower than before improvement(P<0.05);after improvement,the operation standard rate and endoscope turnover rate were significantly higher than before improvement,and the staff’s work comfort and satisfaction scores after improvement higher than before the improvement,the difference comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated endoscope disinfection workstation has an ideal effect on the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes.At the same time,improving the height of cleaning equipment can further improve the standardization of operation,ensure the comfort of operators and improve work efficiency.
