基于平台化的车用增压汽油机进气道设计

摘要 为了实现平台化增压汽油机的开发,应用台架测试及计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析技术研究平台化开发中进气道的设计。通过建立原型机的WAVE仿真模型并与试验数据进行校核,在原型机模型的基础上对平台化增压汽油机进行模型设计。研究结果表明:汽油机平台化开发过程中,针对不同的进气形式需要对进气道进行优化设计,以满足平台化下各汽油机的性能要求;平台化增压汽油机通过结构优化,采用较小流通截面积的进气道,提升了滚流比,通过缩短燃烧持续期,优化进排气相位,汽油机的燃油消耗率降低了4%,爆震强度降低,增压压比控制在2.1以内,满足设计要求。 To achieve the purpose of the platform turbocharged gasoline engine development,this paper applied the dyno-test and CAE analysis technology to research the intake port design in platform development.The simulation model of the prototype was built by using the engine CAE technology.The research results show that:for the different air intake forms,the intake port need to be optimized;use a smaller Circulation cross section,the tumble ratio is improved,by shortening the duration of combustion,optimizing the phase of intake and exhaust,the BSFC is reduced by 4%,knock intensity is reduced,and the pressure ratio is controlled within 2.1,meeting the design requirements.
