可变正时气门系统(Variable Valve Timing,VVT)是发动机配气机构的重要组成部分,本文对一款处于开发阶段的发动机的排气VVT在整车试验过程中出现的异常起销故障问题进行系统分析,提出解决方案,并通过试验验证改进方案的有效性。

VVT is the important component of the engine valve train.In this paper,the failure of the VVT of an engine development stage in the process of the vehicle test is systematically analyzed,and the solution is put forward.Through the test verification,the abnormal unlock failure of the VVT locking pin is effectively solved.
