摘要
基于增材制造技术,开展了高速柴油机喷油嘴设计研究。通过仿真模拟对设计方案作出评估,根据设计方案制造样件,并进行平台实验验证。研究表明:基于增材制造的高速柴油机喷油嘴,设计的零件结构和材料性能可达到产品预期要求。
The design of fuel injection nozzle of high speed diesel engine based on additive manufacturing was studied.The design was evaluated by simulation according to the design and samples were made and then tested on the bench.It shows that the design of structure and material of fuel injection nozzle of high speed diesel engine based on additive manufacturing can meet the requirements.
