摘要 针对有载分接开关(On-load Tap Changer,OLTC)故障机理的复杂性和多样性,本文通过建立有载分接开关的状态评估指标体系,提出了一种基于博弈论组合赋权和云模型的有载分接开关状态评估方法。即采用G1赋权法和熵权法分别计算了有载分接开关评估指标的主客观权重,进而基于博弈论思想确定了OLTC状态评价指标的组合权重。然后基于云模型分别构建OLTC运行状态等级和评估指标的正态云模型并计算了其云隶属度,从而更好地体现了OLTC状态信息的不确定性,据此结合组合赋权权重得到了OLTC运行状态的最终评估结果。 In view of the complexity and diversity of fault mechanism of the on-load tap changer(OLTC),this paper presents a condition assessment method of the OLTC based on the combined weighting through game theory and cloud model with the construction of index system of condition assessment of the OLTC.The G1 assigning weight method and entropy method are applied to calculate the subjective weight and objective weight respectively.To better illustrate the uncertainty of the condition information of the OLTC,the normal cloud models for the level of operation condition and evaluation index of the OLTC are constructed based on the theory of cloud model.With the calculation of cloud membership,the final assessment results for the OLTC are obtained when considered the combined weighting.The operation information of a certain OLTC is taken as the analysis object.
