胃癌患者血清CA125、CA724水平与临床分期的相关性

Correlation of levels of serum CA125 and CA724 with clinical stage of gastric cancer

目的分析胃癌患者血清糖类抗原(CA)125、CA724水平与临床分期的关系。方法前瞻性抽取2019年1月至2020年12月南阳南石医院收治的80例胃癌患者作为观察组,另抽取同期确诊的80例胃部良性疾病患者作为对照组。检测并比较两组血清CA125、CA724水平,分析不同临床分期胃癌患者的血清CA125、CA724水平与临床分期的关系。结果本研究共纳入80例胃癌患者,经胃组织病理活检、术后病理检查结果显示,TNM分期Ⅰ期18例,Ⅱ期30例,Ⅲ期25例,Ⅳ期7例。观察组血清CA125、CA724水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床分期胃癌患者血清CA125、CA724水平由低至高依次为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期,各临床分期间两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kendall’s tau-b相关性检验结果显示,胃癌患者临床分期与血清CA125、CA724水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清CA125、CA724过表达与临床分期有关,可作为辅助鉴别胃癌患者临床分期的标志物。

Objective To analyze the relationship of levels of serum carbohydrate antigen(CA)125 and CA724 with clinical stages of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer treated in Nanyang Nanshi Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were prospectively selected as the observation group,another 80 patients with benign gastric diseases diagnosed in the hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CA125 and CA724 were detected and compared between the two groups,and the relationship of levels of serum CA125 and CA724 with clinical stages of patients with gastric cancer was analyzed.Results Among the 80 patients with gastric cancer allocated into the study,the results of gastric biopsy and postoperative pathological examination showed that there were 18 cases of stageⅠ,30 cases of stageⅡ,25 cases of stageⅢand 7 cases of stageⅣ.The levels of serum CA125 and CA724 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CA125 and CA724 in patients with gastric cancer at stageⅠwere the highest,followed by those in patients with stageⅡ,stageⅢand stageⅣ,there were significant differences in the comparison between pairs of clinical stages(P<0.05).The results of Kendall’s tau-b correlation test showed that the clinical stage of gastric cancer patients was positively correlated with serum CA125 and CA724 levels(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions The over expression of serum CA125 and CA724 in patients with gastric cancer is related to clinical stage,which can be used as markers to assist in identifying the clinical stage of patients with gastric cancer.
