阿达木单抗治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果观察

Effects of adamumumab on ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨阿达木单抗治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床效果。方法通过随机抽样法将许昌市中心医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的80例AS患者分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组使用甲氨蝶呤等治疗,研究组加用阿达木单抗治疗,对比患者治疗前后临床指标、抗体免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgM、IgA水平及生活质量。结果治疗前,两组抗体IgG、IgM、IgA水平、SF-36评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗24周后,研究组抗体IgG、IgM、IgA水平低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗24周后,研究组视觉模拟评分法评分、强直性脊柱炎常用疗效评分标准评分、强直性脊柱炎活动评分、患者总体评价评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05),晨僵时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AS患者使用阿达木单抗治疗,可有效缓解临床症状,提高机体免疫功能与生活质量,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of adamumumab on patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods A total of 80 patients with AS admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random sampling method.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with adamumumab.Clinical indicators,levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgM and IgA and quality of life of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences in IgG,IgM and IgA and SF-36 scores(P>0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment,levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while SF-36 scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale score,bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index,ankylosing spondylitis disease activity score,and patient global assessment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the length of morning stiffness of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Adamumab treatment for AS patients can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve immune function and quality of life,with high clinical value.
