羟糖甘滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果

Effect of hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops on dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery

目的探讨羟糖甘滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症(DES)的临床效果。方法抽取南阳市中心医院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的白内障术后DES患者120例,根据掷硬币法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。所有患者均行基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗,观察组采用聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合羟糖甘滴眼液治疗,两组均治疗1周。观察两组疗效,比较两组治疗前、治疗1周后康复指标[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液湿润长度、荧光染色法评分(FL)]及炎性因子[白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)]水平。结果治疗1周后,观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%,57/60)高于对照组(80.00%,48/60),P<0.05。治疗1周后,观察组BUT、泪液分泌长度大于对照组,FL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组泪液IL-33、TSLP水平均较治疗降低,观察组泪液IL-33、TSLP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论羟糖甘滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后DES患者,可提升疗效,减轻炎症反应,缩短病情康复时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye syndrome(DES)after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with DES after cataract surgery treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected,and they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by coin tossing method.All patients received basic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops,and the observation group was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops combined with hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops.And the two groups were treated for 1 week.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.The recovery indexes,including tear film break-up time(BUT),tear wetting length,fluorescence staining score(FL),and inflammatory indexes,including interleukin-33(IL-33)and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP),were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 week of treatment.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%,57/60)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,48/60),P<0.05.After 1 week of treatment,BUT and tear secretion length of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,FL was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of IL-33 and TSLP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops,in the treatment of patients with DES after cataract surgery,can improve curative effect,reduce the inflammatory reaction and shorten the recovery time of the disease.
