摘要
小儿肺炎是儿童常见肺系疾病之一,中医外治法治疗小儿肺炎有一定优势。笔者查阅了小儿肺炎中医外治法相关文献,从中药穴位敷贴、小儿推拿、拔罐、中药灌肠、中药离子导入、针刺、中药足浴、微波照射、耳穴压豆这九个方面进展作一简述,以期对该病今后的治疗方案提供参考。
Pneumonia is one of the common respiratory system diseases in children.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain advantages.The author reviewed the literatures on the external TCM therapies in recent years and made a brief summary of nine aspects,including acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine,pediatric massage,cupping,enema with Chinese herbs,Chinese medicine iontophoresis,acupuncture,foot bath with Chinese medicine,microwave irradiation,and auricular point pressing with bean.This article summarizes the progress in order to provide reference for the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.
