解毒开窍汤联合西药在小儿化脓性脑膜炎中的疗效评价

Efficacy of Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with western medicine on purulent meningitis in children

目的探讨解毒开窍汤联合西药在小儿化脓性脑膜炎中的疗效。方法选择本院2018年8月至2020年9月收诊的化脓性脑膜炎患儿122例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各61例。对照组给予美罗培南静脉滴注,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合解毒开窍汤口服,疗程1周。比较两组总有效率、蛋白水平、白细胞计数、脑脊液压力、降钙素原、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果观察组总有效率为95.08%(58/61),高于对照组81.97%(50/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的蛋白水平、白细胞计数、脑脊液压力、降钙素原、C反应蛋白、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解毒开窍汤联合美罗培南有助于减轻化脓性脑膜炎患儿的炎症反应与脑脊液压力,减低患儿的白细胞计数及蛋白水平,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with western medicine on purulent meningitis in children.Methods A total of 122 children with purulent meningitis admitted to this hospital between August 2018 and September 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(61 cases,Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with meropenem dripping)and the control group(61 cases,meropenem dripping).The treatment course was one week.The total effective rate,protein level,white blood cell count,cerebrospinal fluid pressure,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.08%in the experimental,which was higher than that of the control group(81.97%)(P<0.05).After treatment the level of protein,white blood cell count,cerebrospinal fluid pressure and the levels of PCT,CRP and TNF-αof experiment group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with meropenem can help relieve the inflammatory response and cerebrospinal fluid pressure,and reduce the white blood cell count and protein level of children with purulent meningitis,with significant clinical efficacy.
