Expert consensus on the scope of prescription rights for advanced practice nurse in China in the new era

在前期研究的基础上,依据上海科学技术出版社出版的第5版《临床药物手册》对临床各系统的护士药物处方内容进行整理、归纳,采用文献调研、半结构访谈、德尔菲等方法对护士处方权的相关内容进行深入研究,最终形成呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统等11个系统58类、348种处方药物的我国护士处方内容,明确了处方药物目录及处方开具形式;同时在参考国外护士药物处方权教育体系的基础上,结合我国护理教育背景构建面向我国护理硕士研究生及不同临床专科护士的药物处方课程培训大纲,由此共同形成专家共识,以期为制订我国本土化的、具有中国特色的护士处方用药集、教育培训方案和相关法律政策提供理论依据。

Based on the previous research,this article sorts out and summarizes the prescription rights of nurses in various clinical systems according to the fifth edition of the"Clinical Drug Manual"published by Shanghai Science and Technology Press,and uses literature research,semi-structured interviews,and Delphi methods to analyze in-depth research on the contents of the prescription rights of nurses which has resulted in the formation of the contents of the prescription rights of Chinese nurses with 348 prescription drugs in 58 categories in 11 systems including the respiratory system,cardiovascular system,and digestive system,and clarified the prescription drug catalog and prescription form;On the basis of reference to the foreign nurse prescription education system,combined with Chinese nursing education background to construct a training syllabus for nurses with a master’s degree or above in drug prescription courses in my country,a consensus of experts has been formed.The purpose is to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of Chinese localized and Chinese characteristics of nurse prescription medication collection,education and training program and related laws and policies.
