护士对慢性肾脏病病人饮食指导能力测评表的构建及信效度检验 被引量:1

摘要 目的:构建护士对慢性肾脏病病人饮食指导能力测评表,并对其进行信效度检验,为评价护士对慢性肾脏病病人饮食指导能力提供测评工具。方法:成立研究小组,通过文献查询、德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法制定慢性肾脏病病人饮食指导能力测评表,进行预调查后,采用便利抽样法选取山西省11个地级市三级乙等及以上的26所医院的506名肾内科护士作为研究对象,应用构建的测评表进行测评,采用Cronbach’s α系数和重测信度评价量表的同质性和重测性,采用条目内容效度(I-CVI)、量表平均内容效度(S-CVI)评价量表的内容效度。采用因子分析法评价量表的结构效度。结果:最终形成包含55个条目的护士对慢性肾脏病病人饮食指导能力测评表,量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.856,重测信度为0.780,I-CVI>0.833,S-CVI为0.957,采用主成分分析法提炼出14个公因子,累积贡献率为63.168%。结论:护士对慢性肾脏病病人饮食指导能力测评表的构建为管理者提供测评工具,还可提高护士饮食指导能力,提升对病人的服务质量。 Objective:To construct a questionnaire for evaluating the dietary guidance ability of nurses in nephrology department for patients with chronic kidney disease,and to test its reliability and validity,so as to provide a tool for evaluating the dietary guidance ability of nurses for patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:A research group was set up to develop a questionnaire for evaluating the dietary guidance ability of nurses to patients with chronic kidney disease by literature search and Delphi expert inquiry.After pre-survey,506 nurses in nephrology department of 26 hospitals of grade 3 B and above from 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi province were selected by convenience sampling method as the research objects,and the questionnaire would be constructed.The Assessment form of dietary guidance ability of nurses for patients with chronic kidney disease was distributed to the subjects for evaluation.Cronbach’s alpha and the retest reliability evaluation scale were used to assess the homogeneity and retestability.Item content validity(I-CVI)and scale average content validity(S-CVI)were used to evaluate the content validity of the scale.Factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale.Results:A questionnaire with 55 items was developed to assess the dietary guidance ability.The homogeneity reliability of the scale was Cronbach’s alpha=0.856,the retest reliability was 0.780,the item level content validity index(I-CVI)was more than 0.833,the scale level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.957,and the principal component score was adopted.Fourteen common factors were extracted by analytical method,and the cumulative contribution rate was 63.168%.Conclusion:The construction of the assessment form of dietary guidance ability of nurses for patients with chronic kidney disease provides managers with assessment tools,and also improves the dietary guidance ability of nurses and the quality of service to patients.
