摘要
针对普通双连栋塑料大棚抗风能力较弱、夏季降温和冬季保温性能较差等问题,设计出一种顶部和四周同时采取内保温覆盖的M型双连栋塑料大棚。结果表明:与普通双连栋大棚相比,7月份,M型大棚昼最高气温和昼平均气温分别降低0.7~1.1℃和0.5~0.9℃,平均光照强度增加6.2%~7.0%;2—3月份,M型大棚比顶部和四周同时内保温覆盖的普通双连栋大棚夜最低气温和平均气温分别提高0.8~1.0℃和0.7~0.8℃,比仅顶部采用内保温覆盖的普通双连栋大棚夜最低气温和平均气温分别提高1.3~1.5℃和1.2~1.3℃,平均光照强度增加7.3%~7.4%;且作物冠层高度东西跨度方向气温、光照分布更均匀。可见,M型双连栋塑料大棚夏季降温、冬季保温效果更好,采光性能更优,作物冠层高度的光温条件分布更均匀,更有利于作物生长。
Aiming at the problems such as weak wind resistance,poor cooling in summer and poor heat preservation in winter,an M-type double-span plastic greenhouse has been designed.The results showed that compared with ordinary double-span greenhouse,the maximum and average temperature at daytime in the M-type greenhouse decreased by 0.7~1.1℃and 0.5~0.9℃respectively,and the average light intensity increased by 6.2%~7.0%in July in summer.From February to March in winter,the minimum and average temperature at night of M-type greenhouse was 0.8~1.0℃and 0.7~0.8℃higher than that of ordinary double-span greenhouse when both with internal insulation covering at top and around,and 1.3~1.5℃and 1.2~1.3℃higher than that of ordinary double span greenhouse with internal insulation covering only at top;the average light intensity increased by 7.3%~7.4%.The temperature and light distribution at crop canopy height in the east-west span direction were more uniform in the M-type greenhouse.It could be seen that the M-type double-span plastic greenhouse had better cooling effect in summer and thermal insulation effect in winter,better lighting performance,and more uniform distribution of light and temperature conditions at crop canopy height,so it was more conducive to crop growth.
