甘草附生细菌多样性和群落结构组成

摘要 为了解甘草不同部位的细菌多样性和群落结构组成,应用高通量测序技术对其叶际、茎部和根际细菌的16S rDNA进行测序,分析细菌多样性和群落结构组成。结果表明,从特征值分布上看,3个部位共有特征值数量为102个,根际、叶际、茎部独有特征值数量分别为4801、818、432个。根际的多样性和丰富度明显高于叶际和茎部,茎部和叶际的群落结构相似性更高。在门水平上,变形菌门是各部位的优势细菌门,相对丰度表现为茎部>叶际>根际。在属水平上,茎部和叶际最丰富的菌属是泛菌属,假单胞菌属次之,根际优势菌属种类多,但多未准确分类。 In order to understand the diversity and composition of bacterial community in different parts of plant,the 16S rDNA of phyllosphere,stem and rhizosphere bacteria of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was sequenced by high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the bacterial diversity and community structure and composition.For feature distribution,three parts shared 102 features.There were 4 801 features only identified in the rhizosphere,818 features only identified in the phyllosphere and 432 features only identified in the stem.Diversity of bacterial communities in different parts decreased from the rhizosphere to the stem and phyllosphere.The similarity of community structure between the phyllosphere and stem was higher.At phylum level,Proteobacteria was the most abundant phylum,and the order of relative abundance of Proteobacteria was stem>phyllosphere>rhizosphere.At genus level,Pantoea was the most abundant genus in tem and phyllosphere,followed by Pseudomonas.There were many dominant genera in rhizosphere,but most of them were not classified accurately.
